Currently Obsessed.
Leopard print on your feet. Being the lover of leopard that I am and having the obsession with Olivia Palermo's style that I do, I swoon while looking at pictures of her in leopard print kicks. I love how she pairs her Charlotte Olympia booties perfectly with any outfit, as well as the loafers and flats she slips on for a more casual look. What a perfect example of how leopard print is a year round trend and can completely spice up any outfit and add a playful yet feminine touch. Love.

Color Connection.
With summer now in full swing, bright hues seem to be popping up everywhere. Not to any surprise, Anthropologie did it right once again. From swimsuits to bedding to bangles, Anthro has a lovely collection of colorful pieces for summer. Being the lover of color that I am, I am having a very difficult time not ordering everything on the site. However, the items I choose to leave behind are serving their purpose as great eye candy and inspiration. Gotta love color... it just makes everything so much more delightful.

Fedoras. Right now they completely have my heart. I just bought my own this past week in NYC and basically have not removed it from my head since. I would say this is the number one summer must have accessory. It instantly rejuvenates any outfit and is perfect for the beach, the city, or a lunch date. Below are some celebs that can seriously rock the fedora. Check out Anthropologie, Urban Outfitters, J. Crew, Banana Republic, and Forever 21... they have awesome selections.

Currently Obsessed.

Okay so I promise this is my last Royal Wedding Obsessive post (I think). However, I think it's safe to say that right now, I'm currently obsessed with Wedding dresses that have revolutionized the bridal world. Princess Di did it back in 1981 and now, 30 years later, Kate Middleton will most assuredly bring lace sleeved dresses back on the scene. Her Sarah Burton for Alexander McQueen dress was surely fit for a princess and I guarantee, by Monday, the replicas will already be out on the market. The princess was effortlessly feminine and chic as she began a mini- fashion revolution and every female across the world began to swoon over and dream about wearing a lace sleeved, princess gown.

Super Safari.
An African Safari is definitely up on my list of things to do and South Africa along with the list of places to go. The idea of seeing such incredible animals (that are normally only seen in cages at the zoo) in their natural environment is enchanting to me. There's nothing more that I would love then riding around in an open Jeep with my Nikon. And of course I would have to dress the part...
SO naturally when the Safari Trend from Spring '08 was such a hit, I was smitten. I love the idea of khakis, olive greens, whites, and mustard hues a long with big hats and large buttons. Recently I've gotten really excited as Safari fashion is gently sneaking it's way back in this year as a companion to it's fashion sibling- Tribal wear. As a flashback, i posted some of my favorite Spring '08 runway looks that I think did a great job representing the City Safari look. The most recent issue of InStyle did an article about City Safari, so I wouldn't be surprised if these looks begin to make an even greater comeback.

BHLDN.
Well once again, Anthropologie has done it... captured another little piece of our souls. I'm absolutely smitten about their new wedding line BHLDN that launched on Valentine's Day. The vintage inspiration behind the line is fabulous. Their use pastel and earth tones for supplemental pieces and the creativity of shoes and jewelry that take you back to a "simpler time" is magnificent. In my opinion, the whole line screams rustic, country wedding yielding photos that are to die for. Below are some of my favorite gowns, dresses, and headpieces.

My current obsession of the moment is the boyfriend short. They're laid back and slouchy yet edgy and sexy. These shorts really have the best of both worlds- comfort and style. Perfectly paired with a denim top and wedges or with layered tanks and gladiator sandals. No questions asked, I'm in. The toughest part is choosing which ones to order... Here's a look at just a few of my favorites...
Gap
Victoria's Secret
J. Crew
